Minimum spend for delivery and shipping is $100.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow a 2 day processing time for your order. For example, if you order on Tuesday you will get it on Thursday.

What are your cut off times? 

All orders must be in by 12pm daily.  

Can I pick up in Toronto? 

Yes, when placing your order, choose “Local Pick-Up” as your shipping option. Our pick-up location is at Death in Venice Gelato - 1418 Dundas St. W. 

When are your pick up times? 

You can pick from 10 am to 2pm from Monday to Friday..

Do you deliver in Toronto? 

We offer local delivery in Toronto from Wednesday to Sunday at a rate of $5 per delivery. Please call or email with the details and we will try to accommodate your request.

Do you deliver outside of Toronto? 

Yes! From Wednesday to Sunday.

KW/Guelph/Waterloo: Wed/Sun

Whitby//Pickering/Ajax/Markham: Wed/Sun

What's your delivery window?

9 am EST to 6pm EST; if you don't get your order by 6pm please call 437-225-2042
